Quality Control Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, joinery manufacturing, and factory production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, manufacturing processes, finished joinery products, and on-site installation works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The candidate must have hands-on experience in factory inspections, production quality control, material inspections, dimensional checks, finishing inspections, and site quality inspections. The role requires close coordination with the production, design, procurement, project management, and installation teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Candidates with a strong understanding of joinery production processes, interior fit-out materials, technical drawings, inspection procedures, and UAE construction quality requirements are preferred. Result-driven and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with 4 years of dedicated UAE experience specializing in luxury interior fit-out projects and high-volume joinery factory production. Proven expertise in conducting rigorous factory floor inspections (CNC machining, assembly, laminating, and advanced painting/polishing) and inbound material verification for MDF, plywood, solid wood, and custom hardware. Highly skilled in on-site fit-out installation QA/QC, defect identification, and creating detailed snag lists to ensure smooth project handovers. Proficient in reading complex technical drawings, developing comprehensive Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to minimize material wastage and enforce strict quality standards.
