Beauty Therapist / Beautician / Cosmetologist (Brows, Lashes, Skincare & Waxing)

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Beauty Therapist to join our salon team in Al Barsha, Art of Living Mall, Dubai. We are seeking a skilled beauty professional with solid hands-on experience in brow and lash treatments, threading, waxing and basic facial treatments. Our main priority is a specialist who can independently perform a wide range of non-invasive beauty treatments and provide high-quality services to clients. Responsibilities Perform professional brow shaping using different techniques, including threading and waxing. Provide brow tinting and brow lamination treatments. Perform lash treatments, including lash lifting and tinting. Provide professional body waxing and hair removal services. Perform basic facial treatments, including facial cleansing and skincare masks. Consult clients on suitable treatments and recommend appropriate services. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client safety. Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction. Maintain clean tools, equipment and workstations. Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, Brow & Lash Specialist or Beautician. Strong practical skills in brow shaping, including threading (essential). Experience in lash treatments, including lash lifting and tinting. Practical experience in brow lamination. Experience in body waxing and hair removal. Basic facial treatment skills are highly desirable. Ability to work independently and provide professional services. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent Russian language is preferred.
