This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international industry leader and help shape the skyline of the future.Overview: The BIM Developer focuses on advancing project delivery by creating, customizing, and maintaining automation tools within BIM platforms. This role is embedded in the design and coordination environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

Automation DevelopmentDesign and implement scripts, plugins, and automation tools within Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and ACC to streamline BIM workflows.Customize add‑ins to reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.Support interoperability across disciplines by ensuring standardized connections and workflows.Digital Library ManagementMaintain and update digital libraries of add‑ins, scripts, and automation tools.Ensure accessibility, version control, and continuous improvement for project teams.Innovation & Process EnhancementDrive innovation in process automation, data exchange, and workflow optimization.Collaborate with technical teams to identify pain points and deliver tailored digital solutions.Strategic Impact: By automating repetitive tasks, enhancing interoperability, and supporting innovation, the BIM Developer strengthens project delivery, reduces risks, and ensures the firm remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the AEC industry.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in civil / architecture engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience as BIM DeveloperProven experience in software development, preferably within the AEC or BIM industry.Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and its API.Experience developing Revit add-ins, plugins, or automation tools.Familiarity with Dynamo and visual programming for BIM automation.Understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.Experience automating BIM workflows for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate engineering requirements into technical solutions.
