Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT/Technical Support operations.Lead, mentor and develop team leaders and operational teams.Drive key performance metrics, SLAs, productivity, quality and CSAT.Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations and escalations.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.Ensure achievement of business targets and operational goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the BPO industry.Strong exposure to IT/Technical Support processes.Experience managing large teams and multiple operational metrics.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Must be available to join in November 2026.
