Key Responsibilities * Design Leadership & Execution: Lead the interior design process across all project phases-from initial conceptualization, mood boards, and space planning through to detailed design and site delivery. * Design Quality & Portfolio Excellence: Maintain an uncompromisingly high standard of creative work, translating complex client briefs into iconic, refined interior spaces. * Technical Detailing & Documentation: Oversee and produce comprehensive interior package documentation, joinery details, FF&E specifications, and material schedules. * Client & Stakeholder Management: Present design concepts confidently to high-net-worth clients, developers, and project stakeholders. * Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Work closely with in-house architectural, structural, and MEP engineering teams to ensure seamless design integration and technical feasibility. * Mentorship: Guide and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing studio environment. Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. * Experience: Proven track record (7+ years) within reputable design studios or multi-disciplinary consultancies, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and mixed-use projects. * Software Proficiency: * Essential: Highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). * Desirable: Experience with Revit is a distinct advantage, though not mandatory. * Design Excellence: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities, refined aesthetic vision, and a high standard of both creative and technical execution. * Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
