Roasting House is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team!We are seeking a results-driven professional with at least three years of experience as a Branch Manager. Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business performance.Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues effectively.Negotiate contracts and manage important customer requests professionally.Ensure successful sales transactions and provide excellent after-sales service.Prepare regular reports on account activities, status, and potential issues.Identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall business performance.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of three years of experience as a Branch Manager (required).Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Excellent customer service and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.How to ApplyIf you meet the requirements and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!Please send your CV to: talents@roastinghouse.s
