Based in Kerala with worldwide training reach, the academy is focused on building battle-tested cybersecurity professionals for industry and organizations.Role Description The Branch Manager – EdTech at Offenso Hackers Academy will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing admissions and student lifecycle, monitoring class schedules and training delivery, and ensuring high-quality learner experience across all cybersecurity programs. The Branch Manager will lead and support the local team, including trainers and counseling staff, set performance targets, and track key operational and revenue metrics. Responsibilities also involve coordinating local marketing and outreach activities, building partnerships with colleges and companies, and supporting placement and internship initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with the central leadership team to implement academy standards, maintain compliance, and drive branch growth.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong branch operations and center management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process oversight.Candidates should possess experience in sales, admissions counseling, and customer relationship management within education or EdTech environments.Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Candidates should possess basic understanding of cybersecurity or IT education domains, with the ability to communicate program value to learners and partners.Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or ERP tools, MS Office, and data-driven reporting for tracking admissions, revenue, and operational KPIs.Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, learner-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, management, IT, or a related field, prior EdTech or training institute experience, and familiarity with local Kozhikode education and corporate networks.
