The company is committed to ethical production practices and sustainable design, appealing to customers who value responsible fashion choices.Role DescriptionThe Brand Merchant at ONEWAY Clothing will manage the Website and Offline Sales Tracking, Order Processing, Overseeing Customer Care and taking care of the Overall Brand back end, it will involve tracking Sales Data to forecast and assist the Founder/Director directly with improving future production decisions, tracking customer behaviour and making sure every department at the front end is given the best information possible to make further strategic changes. QualificationsStrong skills in merchandising, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management.Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and market data to drive commercial decisions.Experience collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to align product and brand strategy.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple collections or categories.Proficiency with spreadsheets and merchandising or retail planning tools; comfort working with reports and KPIs.Prior merchandising or buying experience in apparel or fashion is highly beneficial.
