Business Analyst

Asenium is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a KYC front-end application in the banking sector. You will own part of an Agile squad’s BA activities, working closely with the Product Owner, fellow analysts, IT teams and testers.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.Analyse business processes and define detailed product requirements and use cases.Align business needs with technology strategies alongside Product Owners, architects and subject-matter experts.Manage BA activities, requirements traceability, impact analysis and coverage throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure designers and delivery teams clearly understand requirements and manage related dependencies.Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for functional, performance and user acceptance testing.Review designs, prototypes and requirements deliverables for quality and compliance with requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define application metrics and performance goals.Must-have requirements:At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience in KYC.KYC IT project experience is mandatory; purely operational KYC experience is insufficient.Experience with requirements management and conceptual modelling techniques.Strong understanding of business workflows, IT concepts and testing.Experience in a scaled Agile environment.Good expertise in MS Office.Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and ownership of BA activities.Strong written and spoken English, plus Dutch or French.
