🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Management / Avaloq📍 Client: Leading Global Bank💼 Role: Senior Business Analyst – Banking Transformation🏦 Domain: Wealth Management / Private Banking / Wholesale BankingAre you an experienced Business Analyst with strong Avaloq expertise, banking domain knowledge, and experience in buying power, margin, or credit limit systems?We’re looking for a driven professional to join a transformation initiative at a leading global bank, helping modernize client buying power checks through real-time, automated solutions across multiple trading platforms and asset classes.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the transition from manual, end-of-day buying power checks to real-time, automated solutions.Gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements from trading, credit, and technology teams.Define current-state and future-state business processes and prepare detailed BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.Work closely with Product Owners and technology teams on Avaloq requirements, epics, and user stories.Map data requirements and support API-based integrations across Avaloq, LTV systems, and execution platforms.Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage cross-functional dependencies, and align teams on solution design.Prepare and execute UAT test cases, validate end-to-end requirements, and support user training.Identify project risks, manage issues, and support Agile delivery.🔹 Must-Have Skills & Experience✅ Strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq Core Platform, particularly STEX, Credit, Client Data, MIS Reports, Stock Exchange, and Payments modules.✅ Knowledge of LTV calculations, concentration risk management, buying power, margin, or credit limit systems.✅ Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wholesale Banking, or Asset Management.✅ Strong understanding of trading operations, client onboarding, and credit management processes.✅ Proven experience in BRD documentation, business process modelling, functional analysis, and requirements management.✅ Experience with API-based integrations and working with technology teams on complex implementations.✅ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, UAT, use cases, and user stories.✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.⭐ Good to HaveAvaloq certification.Experience in business process change documentation, policy updates, and operationalization.Experience delivering complex banking transformation projects across multiple teams and locations.🎯 What We’re Looking ForA self-driven Business Analyst who can translate complex banking requirements into clear, actionable specifications and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams.📩 Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?Share your updated CV via DM or tag someone in your network who matches this opportunity.#Hiring #BusinessAnalyst #Avaloq #WealthManagement #PrivateBanking #BankingJobs #WholesaleBanking #BusinessAnalysis #BankingTechnology #UAT #Agile #GlobalBank
