Business Analyst

We are actively looking for a Business Analyst to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales, profit, quantity, margin, and other KPIs across stores, categories, and sales channels.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility.Prepare weekly trade meeting reports covering WTD, MTD, and YTD performance, including key findings and areas requiring action.Monitor actual performance against budget and last year's performance (LFL), identify gaps, and highlight improvement opportunities.Analyze store and category performance, top-selling items, slow-moving stock, aging stock, and rate of sale (ROS).Monitor key store KPIs, including traffic, transactions, conversion rate, and average selling price (ASP).Analyze sales trends and historical performance to support forecasting and business planning.Coordinate with Planning, Category, Operations, Marketing, E-Commerce, and other departments to review performance and follow up on agreed actions.Identify business risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and dashboards.Prepare performance summaries and management reports to support business reviews and decision-making.Track action plans and evaluate their impact on business performance.Essential Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-3+ years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.Advanced Power BI and ExcelData Analysis and Reporting AutomationKPI and Business Performance ManagementDAX and Power QuerySales, Profitability, and Stock AnalysisForecasting and Trend AnalysisProblem-Solving and Analytical ThinkingCommunication and Cross-Functional Coordination
