Business Analyst

Job Purpose:To support Aftersales business planning and decision-making by developing interactive Power BI dashboards, analyzing financial and operational performance, and identifying risks and growth opportunities to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor Aftersales performanceTrack key performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, visits, and target achievementAnalyze performance gaps, identify business risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvementsAutomate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiencySupport annual business planning, budgeting, and forecastingExtract, integrate, and analyze data from SAP, Excel, and other sourcesPrepare management reports presenting key findings, recommendations, and required actionsMonitor market trends and economic developments affecting Aftersales performanceCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support business decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or performance management, including at least two years of hands-on Power BI experienceAdvanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, and data modelingAdvanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysisStrong financial and operational analysis skillsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skillsAutomotive Aftersales experience is preferred
