Business Application Analyst

Job SummaryThe Business Application Analyst supports business operations by identifying process improvements and leveraging technology solutions to address business needs. The role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the effective implementation, support, and enhancement of business applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for application-related issues, system requests, and user inquiries.Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Assist in the preparation and review of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).Coordinate with developers and users during system testing, issue tracking, and resolution.Collaborate with business and technical teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.Prepare and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.Support system implementation, user training, and post-deployment activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in application support, business analysis, or systems implementation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with business applications, ticketing systems, and testing processes is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
