Location: Newark, NJ - primarily on-siteSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Progression OpportunitiesAbout the OpportunityA growing organization is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Lead to support the next stage of its technology journey.The business currently utilizes Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform to support key operational processes and is planning future investment, including a migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central.This is an opportunity to take ownership of core business systems, drive process improvements, work closely with leadership, and play a key role in future transformation initiatives.The RoleActing as the link between business and technology teams, you'll work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and maximize the value of existing systems.You'll also collaborate with external partners on enhancements, integrations, and future projects while helping shape the organization's systems strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and champion D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Lead and support business transformation initiatives.Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.Collaborate with external consultants and technology partners.Support future Business Central migration activities.Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions.Improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.Drive user adoption, training, and best practice usage.Act as a key point of contact for business systems and technology projects.RequirementsExperience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.Experience supporting CRM/ERP projects, upgrades, or migrations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, printing, or product-based businesses is advantageous.What's on Offer?Join a business investing heavily in technology and transformation.Influence future systems strategy and business processes.Work directly with senior leadership.Exposure to D365 CE, Power Platform, and Business Central projects.Clear progression opportunities into leadership.Collaborative environment where ideas can make an impact.Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000.If you enjoy improving processes, leveraging technology, and driving meaningful business change, we'd love to hear from you.
