Lead, manage and motivate the call center and telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.2. Monitor team performance, conversion rates, productivity and call quality.3. Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.4. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.5. Manage daily team rosters, attendance and work allocation.6. Monitor CRM systems, dialers and daily Excel reports.7. Conduct regular coaching, training and performance review sessions.8. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.9. Ensure proper follow-up of leads and maintain operational discipline.10.
