Shape the Future.Brightwater Executive is delighted to be retained exclusively by our client, an established, profitable, and growing B2B technology and professional learning business in their search for a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer.With an impressive international client base, recurring subscription revenues and an innovative AI-powered platform approaching commercial launch, this is an exciting opportunity to accelerate growth, expand into new markets and shape the future of the business.Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will assume full responsibility for strategic direction, commercial performance, financial management and operational leadership.This is a high-impact role for a leader who combines P&L ownership, with experience scaling technology businesses and a genuine enthusiasm for applied AI in education.The RoleReporting directly to the Board, you will:Drive business strategy, commercial performance, and profitable growth, with full P&L responsibility.Lead the commercial launch of an innovative AI-powered learning platform.Accelerate enterprise sales, recurring revenues, strategic partnerships, and international expansion.Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team while supporting the company's long-term strategic ambitions.What We're Looking ForProven leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, or senior General Manager within B2B SaaS, EdTech or a related technology business.A successful track record of scaling subscription-based businesses and driving commercial growth.Strong financial acumen, P&L ownership, and Board-level stakeholder management.Commercial understanding of AI-enabled products and technology commercialisation.An entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.The OpportunityAn opportunity to lead a profitable, internationally focused business at a pivotal stage of growth, combining an established commercial foundation with significant opportunities in AI and technology.
