Users demonstrate a process once, and the models then carry it out autonomously. Malinda runs entirely on customers’ computers and interacts with software directly through the user interface, without API or MCP integrations. It works with any application, and customer data never leaves the computer. A working prototype is already in place. We are funded through the bw Pre-Seed programme with L-Bank and Growth Angels AG.Your ResponsibilitiesLead Malinda AI alongside our CTO and founder.Develop the go-to-market strategy and bring Malinda to market.Own sales and revenue, including pipeline, closing deals, and pricing.Win enterprise customers and secure pilot projects across the DACH region.Build sales processes and, over time, a sales team.Lead the next funding round with business angels and VCs, and represent Malinda to investors and partners.Your ProfileA proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally in AI or automation.Demonstrable success closing deals with mid-sized companies and large enterprises in the DACH region, backed by revenue figures, deal sizes, and quota attainment.Experience building and leading sales teams.A network of decision-makers in IT and business departments.An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.Business fluency in German and English, including negotiations.A plus: experience founding a company, working at a startup, or fundraising.What We OfferA 20% equity stake in the company, subject to vesting.A competitive salary.Full responsibility and freedom to shape the company from day one.Proprietary AI technology with a working prototype and a clear differentiator.A strong network of investors and partners in the Rhine-Neckar region.Interested?Send your CV or LinkedIn profile to alexander@malinda.ai, and tell us about your biggest deal in a few sentences.
