Chief Executive Officer - Industrial Technology CompanyAn industrial technology company developing and supplying hardware and software solutions to international customers is seeking a CEO to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and strengthen development and operational performance.This is an opportunity to lead an international business, shape its direction, and build the team and processes needed to deliver measurable results.The RoleThe CEO will have overall responsibility for the company’s management and business performance, reporting to the parent company’s management with broad managerial autonomy.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Lead international sales and business development, identify new opportunities, and strengthen relationships with strategic customers.
• Take ownership of profit and loss, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Improve development and operational performance through clear priorities, effective processes, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Build and develop an effective management team, with clear objectives, individual accountability, and collaboration across functions.
• Report regularly to the parent company on business results, risks, and progress against agreed plans.
• Experience leading a company or business unit with profit and loss responsibility.
• A proven track record of leading organizational and business change and delivering measurable performance improvements.
• A background in industrial technology, electronics, automation, equipment combining hardware and software, or a related field.
• Experience in international sales and business development, with a proven track record of managing global operationsacross international markets: Israel, the US, and India.
• Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams, aligning commercial, development, and operational activities.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
