Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Chief Operating Officer! Bonus Incentives and Relocation! Reports to the Chief Executive OfficerProvides leadership and vision necessary to ensure appropriate operational controls and reporting procedures in place to support financial strength and operating efficiency.Significant operational and financial turnaround underway.Seeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnarounds.Must have demonstrated success improving hospital operations, financial performance, physician relationships, accountability, and organizational culture.Experience leading complex acute-care operations and multiple facilities is highly desirable.Knowledge of the Northeast healthcare market preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related fieldMaster’s degree in business or a related field10+ years of hospital operations experience at the leadership levelSeeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnaroundsAbility to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external processes.Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans supporting operational infrastructureAbility to oversee major workforce and resource decisions.
