Childcare Night Shift Manager

ABC Great Beginnings is seeking a strong leader to join our elite team of managers who run our childcare center.Shift: 5 PM - 1 AMThe Night Shift Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the center, including but not limited to:Supervise the program in all classrooms on an ongoing basis.Recruit and train teachers and other staff, and provide ongoing professional development.Manage all staff and schedules to ensure enrollment and attendance coverage.Recruit families who need care and maintain the maximum enrollment.Confer with parents on policies, procedures, and concerns.Ensure all licensing standards are upheld.

Requirements

Must have a CDA, NAC, or equivalent; 3 years of experience in early childhood education; and complete the required courses for the Bureau of Child Care Licensing.Must demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment to function in crises.Sensitivity to children's individual and group needs.Ability to supervise and create a positive, appropriate discipline environment for staff and children.Ability to communicate with parents effectively.Must be at least 18 years old.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Benefits and perks:Reduced cost of ChildcareFree MealsHealth BenefitsFlexible SchedulesTraining and Support
