Citrus Quality & Operations ManagerJob DescriptionQAC is seeking an experienced Citrus Quality & Operations Manager to oversee packing station operations and ensure the highest quality standards throughout all stages, from fruit receiving to packing and export shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee citrus receiving, sorting, packing, storage, and shipping operations.Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and export standards.Lead and supervise quality control and operations teams.Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.Monitor production performance, minimize waste, and prepare reports.Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements
