Probuild aims to build lasting partnerships by consistently providing dependable and high-standard services.Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing daily civil maintenance and repair activities across assigned properties. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and company quality requirements. The Civil Supervisor will monitor progress, inspect completed work, and manage site resources, including materials, tools, and subcontractors as needed. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work orders, assigning tasks, resolving on-site challenges, and communicating updates to management and clients. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, enforcing safety procedures, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations effectively.Candidates should be comfortable working On Site and coordinating multiple activities in active residential, commercial, or industrial environments.Candidates should have solid Quality Control capabilities to ensure work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards.Candidates should demonstrate clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.Relevant experience in civil maintenance, construction, or building services, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and best practices in civil and maintenance work.Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications, and to use basic project tracking tools.
