Client Relations Coordinator

The company is also planning international expansion, with future operations in Madrid and Delhi.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up with clients assigned by the Managing Director.Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals, coordinate client requirements, and arrange meetings.Complete company registrations and prequalifications with clients, consultants, developers, and procurement portals.Prepare registration documents and maintain updated company records.Identify potential clients and new fit-out project opportunities.Introduce the company’s services to prospective clients and arrange business development meetings.Assist the Managing Director with business development activities, presentations, and correspondence.Maintain a client database and submit weekly updates on leads, registrations, and follow-ups.QualificationsPrevious experience in the interior fit-out industry is mandatory.Good understanding of fit-out services, project stages, and client requirements.Experience in client coordination, business development, and vendor registration.Strong communication, professional email writing, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining client records.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design Management, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
