HR Specialist – Saudi Nationals OnlySRG Mining is an international gold exploration company based in Riyadh. We are hiring a Saudi HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including expatriate recruitment, visas and document attestation.What you’ll doRun recruitment end to end: posting vacancies, screening, scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters in English and Arabic.Manage onboarding for local and expatriate hires.Handle the full expatriate hiring cycle: Qiwa visa issuance, MOFA follow-up, entry and Iqama issuance.Manage the Qiwa Professional Verification (QVP) process with candidates.Arrange document and contract attestation: Chamber of Commerce, MOFA and embassies.Follow up on MISA-related HR requirements for a foreign-invested company.Handle Iqama renewals, exit/re-entry visas and final exits through Muqeem.Document employment contracts on Qiwa; manage GOSI registrations and Mudad payroll uploads.Maintain employee files, leave records and HR data.Monitor Nitaqat and Saudization compliance.What we’re looking forSaudi national (mandatory).Fluent English, spoken and written. You will work daily with a non-Arabic-speaking management team.3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a foreign-invested or multinational company.Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI and Mudad.Proven experience with MISA requirements and MOFA attestation.Solid knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.Organized and self-driven, able to manage many open files at once.Nice to haveKnowledge of the Qiwa Professional Verification (QVP) process.Experience with the Musadaqa attestation platform.Mining, oil & gas, or industrial sector background.
