Key Responsibilities

Assemble and install electrical components in switchgear panels.Perform control and power wiring, cable crimping, splicing, and termination according to approved drawings.Install MCBs, MCCBs, RCBOs, control relays, and related electrical components.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify electrical faults in switchgear panels.Perform wiring modifications, cable tagging, and labeling.Use electrical testing instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous hands-on experience in a switchgear manufacturing factory is mandatory.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and termination schedules.Strong knowledge of electrical control and power wiring.Experience in electrical assembly, cable termination, and troubleshooting.Ability to work with electrical hand tools and testing equipment.
