📢 We're Hiring: Collateral Management Operations📍 Location: Mumbai 💼 Experience: 2–3 Years🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate🏢 Work Mode: 4 Days Work From Office🕒 Shift: EMEA / US shifts (flexible timings)Key Responsibilities:Manage liquidity exposure related to fund trades.Support collateral and margin management operations.Monitor collateral movements and resolve collateral-related exceptions.Perform cash reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Risk Management, Middle Office, and Technology teams.Support onshore collateral teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Help mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Mandatory Skills:✅ Trade Life Cycle and Trade Operations experience✅ Cash Reconciliation✅ Strong Communication Skills✅ Back Office / Middle Office Operations experience✅ Cash or Collateral Operations✅ Knowledge of Equity or Capital MarketsPreferred Candidate Background:Candidates with experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services Operations.
