This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to develop their commercial finance career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive performance and improve decision-making.You'll be responsible for analysing costs, identifying efficiencies, producing meaningful management information, and challenging assumptions to support business growth and value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce regular management reports, KPIs and performance analysis for key stakeholders. Analyse overhead expenditure, identifying trends, risks and opportunitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across the business. Develop and enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy. Deliver commercial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Complete month-end activities including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.Drive reporting improvements and automation using tools such as Power BI. Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. About YouPart-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong commercial acumen with a passion for adding value. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.Strong communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
