Commercial Research Executive

Role Description The Commercial Research Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on conducting commercial and market research related to legal education, career pathways, and mentorship programs, including gathering data, analyzing trends, and generating insights to inform program design and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include designing and administering questionnaires, compiling and interpreting research findings, preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, and supporting the development of evidence-based strategies to enhance mentee outcomes. The Commercial Research Executive collaborates with mentorship coordinators and leadership to translate research into actionable recommendations and may engage with external stakeholders to collect feedback and market intelligence.QualificationsStrong market research capabilities, including experience in Market Research and designing research frameworks.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating practical insights.Proficiency in Questionnaire Design and survey methodologies to collect reliable and relevant information.Ability to create clear, engaging Presentations and written reports for different audiences.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate study is an advantage.Familiarity with the legal sector or legal education environment is beneficial.Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, strong time management, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, survey platforms, or basic statistical software) is a plus.
