We are offering now a set of exciting positions ,across our premises in various locations, covering multiple departments and areas of expertise.We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst to assist in the monitoring and implementation of the main Commercial Division's strategic objectives.What will you do: Actively contribute to the preparation of the Commercial Annual Budget, Mid-Term Plan (5-year business plan), and quarterly reforecastsMonitor and analyze the progress of strategic objectives, KPIs, and Commercial Division P&L performanceCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other Commercial departments to deliver timely business analysis and insightsConduct analytical assessments to improve existing business strategies and commercial performancePerform root cause analysis on emerging issues and propose actionable solutionsSupport the development and optimization of costing strategies across customer segments, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and market shareWork closely with Regulatory, Business Development, and Legal teams to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracyMonitor commercial projects related to regulatory compliance, public consultations, and industry activitiesTrack and analyze strategic initiatives focused on cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growthSupport the monitoring and management of Commercial Division projectsWhat you will need in order to succeed:A BSc & MSc in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldAround 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Analysis, Strategy, or FinanceStrong understanding of P&L management and business planning processesExperience in the energy sector and/or consulting will be considered an assetKnowledge of business growth strategies and commercial performance optimizationAdvanced proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence toolsProfessional level of English languageStrong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision makingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively with a results-oriented approachOur offer to you:Competitive salary Bonus scheme 💰Ticket restaurant card 💳Transportation reimbursement ⛽Private Health Insurance coverage 🩺Pension Scheme Home electricity and natural gas discount ⚡Continuous learning & upskilling opportunities and access to our premium online training platform 📚 Reimbursement for your athletic activities 🥈 Unlimited fruits and snacks at the office 🥜Enerwave S.A. will keep your personal information for a period of 2 years from the submission date, after which we will delete your personal data.
