Direct reports to: Technology & Analytics Associate Director, SEADirect Reports: 4Total headcount supervised: ~7-11Department Budget responsibility: Commercial Tech CAPEX & OPEXBusiness environment: Operates at the intersection of Commercial, Finance and Technology as the control tower for systems, data and performanceJOB PURPOSESThe Commercial Technology & Data Manager is the single point of accountability for how Commercial operates on technology and data across SEA.This role ensures E2E Commercial processes are enabled by integrated systems, trusted data and scalable digital solutions, enabling faster execution, transparency, and better decision-making.This role also owns Commercial data, reporting and Infocell capabilities, acting as the Commercial control tower bridging Sales, Finance and Technology, and is critical to sustaining and scaling the Simplification & Foundation transformation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Own Commercial Technology & Systems LandscapeAct as business owner for Commercial platforms (SFA, DMS, SAP touchpoints, commercial applications)Define roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business valueEnsure systems reflect standardized E2E Commercial processes across Distributor, Retailer and Sales Execution, eliminating manual workaroundsManage external technology vendors and SaaS solutions, ensuring delivery performance, roadmap alignment, cost efficiency and business value realization2. Lead Data, Reporting & Infocell HubOwn Commercial data ecosystem (master data, data warehouse, reporting layers)Deliver one source of truth across Sales, Execution and Financial metricsEnsure data quality, reconciliation and governance3. Deliver Commercial Performance VisibilityProvide actionable dashboards and insights for Sales and leadershipEnable performance tracking across volume, execution and financial KPIsDrive data-driven decision making across Commercial functions4. Drive Digital Transformation & Product DeliveryLead commercial digital transformation initiativesAct as product owner for Commercial solutions and enhancementsDeliver automation and scalable system-based improvements5. Lead Commercial Tech & Data TeamManage in-house developers, architects, analysts & coordinatorsEnsure delivery of scalable, auditable and business-aligned solutionsBuild strong capability across data, systems and digital delivery6. Enable Governance & Audit ReadinessEnsure Commercial data and transactions are system-driven and compliantPartner with Finance, Internal Control and Audit teamsStrengthen controls without impacting business agility7.
