Key Responsibilities

Regulatory ComplianceMonitor compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage audits and inspections.Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), handling FIU notifications and maintaining confidentiality.Policy Development & Risk ManagementDevelop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.Screen customers, vendors, and employees to ensure adherence to compliance standards.Training & AwarenessDesign and deliver compliance training programs for employees.Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.Monitoring & ReportingInspect records for compliance with AML/CFT regulations and detect suspicious transactions.Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.Oversee the Group’s adherence to policies and identify areas for improvement.Incident ManagementInvestigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.Maintain an incident database and follow through on resolution measures.Apply now and become part of our commitment to excellence and responsible business practices.
