Contract/ General Manager (UAE National only)

Khadamat Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Contract/ General Manager to lead the strategic, operational and commercial performance of a major contract.This senior leadership role requires proven experience managing Grade A commercial buildings, with accountability for service delivery, financial performance, client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integrated facilities, property and asset management services, including hard services, soft services and security.Take ownership of contract P&L, budgets, forecasting and profitability.Manage senior client relationships and ensure delivery against contractual SLAs and KPIs.Lead managers, operational teams and service partners.Drive compliance, risk management, service excellence and continuous improvement.Essential Requirements:UAE National with fluency in both Arabic and English.Previous experience managing Grade A commercial buildings.Proven experience at General Manager or equivalent senior leadership level, with overall contract and commercial accountability.Minimum 10 years’ experience in facilities management or integrated services.Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary managers and teams, including operational and support functions.Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.Strong commercial, financial, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.A relevant professional or technical certification is preferred.#Hiring #UAENationals #Emiratization #GeneralManager #ContractManagement #FacilitiesManagement #Leadership
