Location: Dubai, UAEContract: 12 Months (Potential Extension)Start Date: January 2027Working Pattern: Full-Time, 5 Days Per WeekRate: Competitive, Dependent on ExperienceMy client is a leading international digital marketing agency looking to appoint an experienced Arabic-speaking SEO Director to support a large-scale digital transformation and organic growth project across the Middle East.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of SEO strategy across multiple markets and digital platforms, working with senior stakeholders to drive organic visibility, performance and long-term growth.The JobAs SEO Director, your responsibilities will include:Leading and developing SEO strategies across multiple websites and markets throughout the Middle East.Overseeing technical SEO, content optimisation and organic search performance across a complex digital portfolio.Driving innovation across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and App Store Optimisation (ASO).Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations, identify growth opportunities and present performance insights.Supporting strategic proposals, account planning and the development of long-term organic growth strategies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of regional SEO initiatives.YouAre a fluent Arabic and English speaker with extensive SEO experience, ideally at Director or Head of SEO level.Have a strong background working within digital marketing agencies or managing large-scale enterprise SEO accounts.Have proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies across the Middle East, particularly GCC markets.Possess excellent technical SEO knowledge alongside experience in content strategy, GEO and ideally ASO.Are confident managing senior client relationships, presenting strategic recommendations and leading complex projects.Have experience working across multiple international markets and large digital ecosystems.Are based in Dubai or able to work from Dubai for the duration of the contract.Are available to start in January 2027.Apply NowThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEO leader looking to take ownership of a major regional project within an international agency environment.The anticipated contract is 12 months with potential for extension, subject to project confirmation.If you're interested, please apply with your latest CV and salary or day-rate expectations.
