Behind every successful shipment is a team that makes it happen, and we're looking for someone to join us!We're searching for a Customer Operations Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys turning complex logistics into smooth operations.📦 What will you be doing?Managing import & export documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Coordinating international shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs agents.Organizing domestic deliveries and following through until successful completion.Keeping shipments on track, anticipating challenges and finding solutions.Working closely with colleagues and partners across different countries to make sure everything runs smoothly.🎯 What are we looking for?1–3 years of experience in import/export documentation, logistics or freight forwarding.Good knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and customs procedures.Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.A proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine sense of ownership.Good English communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
