Junior Architect/Interior Designer

WE ARE HIRING: JUNIOR ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNERLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support architectural and interior design projects from concept development to technical drawings, presentations, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities· Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning.· Prepare 2D technical drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.· Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client proposals.· Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, furniture layouts, and design concepts.· Prepare design presentations, project documentation, material specifications, BOQs, and finishing schedules.· Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.· Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress and design implementation.· Review drawings to identify discrepancies and coordination issues.· Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and technical submissions.· Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials, finishes, and design details.· Assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, fixtures, decorative elements, and innovative materials within project budgets.· Follow up on material samples, approvals, and project-related submissions.· Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and project requirements.· Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.· Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design documentation.· Research current architectural and interior design trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.· Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality design outputs.· Perform other design-related duties as assigned by the Senior Architect or Design Manager.Qualifications & Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.· 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.· Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.· Strong creativity, technical drawing, visualization, and presentation skills.· Good communication, teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.· A strong portfolio showcasing architectural or interior design projects is preferred.Company Description INFINITY Developments, a member of INFINITY Group, is Zanzibar’s leading luxury real estate developer, specializing in residential, commercial, and leisure properties with a portfolio exceeding $600,000,000 USD.
