📢 We’re Hiring: Custody Operations📍 Location: Mumbai – L&T Powai / NKP🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office💼 Experience: 5+ Years (Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience may also be considered)🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s DegreeKey Skills Required:Custody Operations & Trade SettlementsTrade Capture, Trade Repair & Trade ConfirmationsCash Processing & Income ProcessingCorporate Actions & FX OperationsCash and Stock Reconciliation / Break ResolutionClient Query Management & Client CommunicationRoles & Responsibilities:Manage daily trade-related activities and operational workflows within the Custody Client-Facing team.Handle client queries related to custody trades, cash movements, settlements, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividends, payments, and FX.Coordinate with back-office settlement teams to resolve operational queries and discrepancies.Monitor daily controls, cash and stock breaks, event management, and client service requests.Ensure timely query resolution, accurate reporting, and completion of daily operational metrics.Act as a key point of contact for clients and support client meetings when required.Take ownership of daily operations and support the team as a lead.Additional Requirements:✅ Excellent communication and client management skills✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail✅ Quick learner with a willingness to learn✅ Flexibility to work across APAC, EMEA, and North American shifts✅ Candidate must have their own laptop and Wi-Fi connectivity🕒 Shift Timings (IST):APAC: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMEMEA: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMNorth America: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AMCandidates with experience in custody operations, trade settlements, FX, and corporate actions from banking and financial services organizations are encouraged to apply.📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume to : gayathri.s1@artech.com
