🎯 About the Role:We are seeking a detail-driven and skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our fast-paced operations in Jeddah. You will lead end-to-end clearance procedures, ensuring 100% compliance with Saudi Customs regulations while facilitating seamless imports/exports through regional ports.

Key Responsibilities

📄 Customs Documentation: Prepare, review, and handle critical shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).🏷️ HS Code Classification : Accurately classify items according to international HS codes and Saudi Customs tariff rates.💻 Platform Management: Expertly navigate key Saudi trade and government portals (Fasah, Saber, and ZATCA ).⚓ Port Operations & Liaison: Coordinate efficiently with customs officers, port authorities (Jeddah Islamic Port / KAP), and logistics vendors to clear shipments without delay.🛡️ Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Saudi Standards (SASO), trade laws, and import/export restrictions to eliminate penalties.📊 Tracking & Reporting: Maintain pristine digital records of clearances, duty payments, and release notes for executive reporting.⭐ Requirements & Qualifications:✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in customs clearance, supply chain, or freight forwarding within KSA.✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.✅ Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of HS Code Classification and Saudi digital platforms (Fasah, Saber, ZATCA).✅ Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight operational deadlines.✅ Languages: English and Arabic .Nationality:Saudi Citizens Only
