Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Trainer specializing in Red Team and Offensive Security to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of offensive security and a passion for developing learners' cybersecurity skills through real-world scenarios and practical exercises.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver interactive, hands-on training sessions in Red Team and Offensive Security.Train learners on penetration testing, ethical hacking, and vulnerability assessment.Demonstrate offensive security techniques using practical labs and simulated attack scenarios.Assess learners' technical skills and track their progress.Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts and turn them into practical learning experiences.RequirementsBackground in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Strong hands-on knowledge of penetration testing and offensive security techniques.Familiarity with security tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Metasploit.Good understanding of web application security, network security, and common attack techniques.Strong communication and presentation skills.Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.Previous training experience is a plus.Certifications such as OSCP, eJPT, or CRTO are an advantage.
