D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for experienced D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultants to support the configuration, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of both functional business requirements and technical CRM capabilities, with experience across on-premises and cloud environments, as well as exposure to Dynamics DCC.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Work on CRM modules, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.Support system integrations, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CRM solutions align with business requirements.Provide ongoing application support, resolve system issues, and optimize CRM performance.Utilize experience with Dynamics DCC to support relevant customer engagement and service management processes.Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides as required.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.Practical experience in techno-functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and business process support.Exposure to or experience with Dynamics DCC.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsCandidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a transferable Iqama.Experience working on government-sector or large-scale enterprise CRM projects.Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.Immediate or short-notice availability.
