About the Role

The Lead Data Management's role is to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust web and mobile applications that support our data-driven operations. This position is responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable backend services, ensuring seamless data flow, and driving continuous improvement to meet both client and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, and Python.Architect and oversee the development of backend services and REST APIs to support data management processes.Define and implement database strategies while ensuring proper version control and code quality standards using Git.Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.Drive troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization initiatives to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management initiatives with business strategy and client requirements.Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior or Lead role.Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Python.Proven experience in web and mobile application development, backend services, and REST API design.Experience with database management, data modeling, and data warehousing.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.Experience with Git, version control, and code quality standards.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), application deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring developers and overseeing technical projects.
