Al Mazen Group focuses on quality products, reliable service, and long-term partnerships, creating a professional environment for skilled specialists.Role Description The Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and layouts for flooring, carpets, and furnishings based on project specifications and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural plans, taking accurate measurements, producing CAD drawings, and coordinating with project managers, sales teams, and installers to ensure designs are practical and deliverable. The role also involves updating drawings to reflect site changes, maintaining organized drawing records, and supporting quotation and project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah, requiring close collaboration with other departments and occasional visits to project sites.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong technical drawing skills, including proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.Candidates should possess skills in measurement, layout planning, and basic understanding of flooring and furnishing materials to translate project requirements into accurate drawings.Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain clear documentation and drawing records for multiple concurrent projects.Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with project managers, sales staff, and site teams, and to clarify design requirements with stakeholders.Relevant technical diploma or certificate in drafting, architecture, interior design, or a related field; prior experience as a draughtsman in construction, interiors, or flooring is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah full time, manage deadlines, and adapt to project changes in a fast-paced commercial environment.
