Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Lead with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Java-based applications, cloud infrastructure, database management, and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), CI/CD pipelines, and database performance optimization, preferably within the FinTech, digital lending, banking, or payments industry.The role involves managing and optimizing infrastructure, supporting application deployments, automating operational processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of payment-related systems.2. Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and support Java-based applications and associated platforms.Administer and optimize MySQL and Redis databases, ensuring performance, availability, and data reliability.Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development and deployment.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.Monitor application and infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures.Support payment gateway integrations, payment processing systems, and related financial technology platforms.Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.Contribute to DevOps best practices, infrastructure security, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support technical coordination and take ownership of assigned DevOps activities.3. Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Application Support.Strong hands-on experience with Java-based applications and platforms.Good knowledge of MySQL, Redis, database administration, and performance optimization.Practical experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure management.Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.Understanding of payment systems, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party integrations.Exposure to the FinTech industry, preferably digital lending, banking, payments, or financial services.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.4. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with digital payment platforms or financial transaction processing systems.Exposure to cloud-based application deployments and microservices architecture.Understanding of security, compliance, and reliability requirements in financial services.Experience supporting production environments and handling deployment-related issues.
