Digital Marketing Executive (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time | On-siteShift Timing: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Pakistan Time)About the Role:Murkez Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Marketing Support Coordinator to support the online delivery operations of a U.S.-based convenience store and fuel station network. This role covers both the technical and marketing sides of delivery-platform operations — managing store listings, POS integration, and basic troubleshooting, while also handling in-app promotions and product imagery. The Coordinator will work closely with U.S. store managers and the Operations team to keep listings accurate and well presented across every platform.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Setup & Systems Support

• Configure and maintain store listings and product catalogs on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar delivery platforms, including integration with store POS and tablet systems where applicable.
• Resolve basic technical issues (order sync errors, tablet connectivity, login and account problems) by remotely guiding store staff, and escalate complex issues to platform support or IT.
• Coordinate with the PriceBook team to ensure delivery-platform pricing and product information match in-store pricing.Promotions & Listing Presentation
• Create, schedule, and update in-app promotions (e.g., free delivery over a set amount, percentage-off deals, and bundle offers), and track which ones perform best.
• Assist with the customer loyalty program, including updating point and discount rules and tracking participation.
• Enhance, edit, and standardize product and bundle images using AI-based tools, ensuring images accurately represent the actual products.
• Improve product titles and descriptions on each delivery platform so items are easier to find in in-app search.Reporting & Communication
• Pull and organize order data and performance reports from each platform for management.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with U.S.-based store managers, the Operations team, and platform support by phone and email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Comfortable with computers and apps, including basic troubleshooting of software and hardware issues (tablets, POS systems, and logins).
• Comfortable using AI-based image editing and design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and able to stay organized with recurring weekly tasks.Preferred:
• Experience with Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar delivery platforms.
• Prior experience with IT support, POS systems, or basic tech troubleshooting.
• Prior experience with digital marketing or promotions.
