The candidate will work closely with the CFO and management to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely statutory compliance, and strong internal controls within EPC, infrastructure, or project-based operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the enterprise PMO, governance, and delivery framework.Standardise project management processes, methodologies, and reporting.Oversee project portfolios, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.Manage project risks, escalations, budgets, profitability, and SLAs.Develop executive dashboards and monitor portfolio performance.Implement PMO tools, automation, and process improvements.Manage senior client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.Lead, develop, and optimise PMO teams and resource allocation.Qualifications14+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.Proven experience in enterprise PMO, program management, and multi-project delivery.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.PMP certification preferred; MBA and other relevant certifications are advantageous.Experience in IT services, BPO, outsourcing, or related industries.Exposure to UAE / Middle East clients preferred.Key SkillsPortfolio and program management, Agile / hybrid delivery.Governance, risk, and financial management.Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability control.PMO tools, MIS, and executive dashboards.Leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making.Success MeasuresOn-time and within-budget project delivery.SLA compliance and client satisfaction.Project profitability and cost control.Effective risk and escalation management.PMO adoption, team performance, and retention.Should you require any further information, please feel free to reach me at my below coordinates.
