We’re hiring: Director of Finance | Imperiale | Forte dei Marmi At Imperiale, luxury lives in the details, and so does great financial leadership.We’re looking for a Director of Finance to steer the financial strategy of our five-star property and work closely with the General Manager and the Corporate Team.What you’ll doLead all finance functions: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll and tax compliance;Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, annual budgets and long-range forecasts to ownership and management;Partner with Rooms, F&B, Spa and Sales to drive revenue, protect margins and improve GOPMake sure internal controls, audits and statutory reporting meet local regulations and brand standards;Oversee purchasing, receiving and inventory processes;Develop a high-performing finance team;Support capex planning, investment evaluations and owner relations.What you bring5+ years in a senior finance role in luxury hospitality (Director of Finance or Assistant DoF in a five-star or upscale property)Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;Strong command of USALI, hotel P&L management;Hands-on experience with Opera PMS and advanced Excel;Strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills and real business sense;Leadership presence and the ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues;Fluent Italian & English.What we offerContract level: Quadro (Senior Management level, Italian National Collective Agreement – CCNL Turismo);Gross annual salary (RAL): starting from €55,000 gross per year, commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus;A key leadership role in an iconic luxury property;Competitive package with performance bonus;Career development within the Company.
