🚀 We’re Hiring | Schools Acquisition Coordinator | Dubai, UAEDo you have a strong network in the UAE education sector and a passion for building meaningful relationships with schools?Our client is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Schools Acquisition Coordinator to help bring an exciting new EdTech platform to schools across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.🌟 About ClientOur client is an innovative EdTech platform that recognises and rewards positive behaviour in schools, connecting classroom achievements with real-world rewards for families. With its official launch planned for January 2027, this is an opportunity to be part of an exciting initiative focused on student wellbeing, positive behavior and parent engagement.🎯 What You’ll DoIdentify, approach and onboard private schools across the UAE.Build relationships with principals, school owners, wellbeing leads and school group leadership.Deliver engaging presentations and live platform demonstrations.Manage the school acquisition pipeline, from initial outreach to signed partnerships.Coordinate school onboarding, teacher training and launch readiness.Build long-term partnerships and ensure schools actively use and benefit from the platform.Track pipeline progress, maintain CRM records and share market insights.✅ What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in school relations, education sales or school account management.Experience with EdTech platforms, educational suppliers, publishing or learning resources is highly desirable.A strong existing network of UAE school leaders will be a significant advantage.Good understanding of the UAE private school landscape, including KHDA, ADEK and SPEA.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and delivering product demonstrations.Bachelor’s degree, valid UAE driving licence and own car.Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.Arabic language skills are an advantage.🌟 What’s in It for You?Competitive salary with incentives linked to school acquisition and activation.UAE employment visa and medical insurance.Direct access to the Founder and the opportunity to influence business growth.The chance to help launch a first-of-its-kind platform in the MENA region.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE | Regular travel across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
