They help families get into top universities such as the Ivy League and Oxbridge. The Middle East team is scaling and looking to strengthen its advisory sales function.What’s in it for you?AED 12,000 to 16,000 monthly base salary depending on background and experienceUncapped commission, with strong performers earning 30K to 40K+ per monthAverage deal sizes of 30,000 to 40,000 USD as the business moves towards premium packagesClear progression into Sales Manager and country-level leadership rolesA consultative, high-trust sales environment selling a premium serviceFlexible culture with strong ownership and autonomyWhat will you be doing?Running 30 to 40 consultative meetings per month with families across the UAE and GCCManaging multi-meeting sales cycles, typically lasting 2 to 4 weeksUnderstanding student profiles and recommending tailored premium packagesDrawing on your own university journey to build credibility and trust with parents and studentsConfidently justifying high-value pricing to commercially sharp parentsBuilding strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth familiesWorking closely with internal strategist and mentoring teamsWhat do you need?A degree from a top-ranked university in the US or UK (e.g. Ivy League or Russell Group). Top institutions in Singapore, Australia or Canada will also be considered.Experience in a client-facing or consultative sales roleConfidence managing affluent or high-net-worth clientsStrong communication and objection handling skillsComfort with flexible working hours, including some eveningsA performance-driven mindset and a desire to earn well above base salaryAdmissions or education sector exposure is a bonus but not essentialBased in the UAE and available to start soonDon’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date.
