EHS Officer (DOSH Green Book) | Manufacturing📍 Location: Perai, Penang, MalaysiaWe’re hiring an EHS Officer to support day-to-day safety, health and environmental management at a manufacturing facility. You’ll work closely with site teams, contractors and management to keep operations safe and compliant.What you’ll do- Develop, implement and review factory safety and health procedures.- Conduct weekly site inspections, safety audits and hazard assessments, and report findings to management.- Deliver safety training and support reviews of new machinery and processes.- Monitor contractors, vendors and visitors to ensure they follow site safety requirements.- Manage scheduled waste, including labeling, storage, records and reporting.- Liaise with DOSH, DOE and other relevant authorities on EHS matters.- Work with facility teams to identify safety risks related to utilities and daily operations.What we’re looking for- Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.- DOSH Green Book certification.- Familiarity with ISO standards and strong EHS documentation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Ability to work independently, take initiative and coordinate effectively with site teams.Interested?
