The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.Job Purpose:Support the design and development of power and distribution transformers by performing electrical design activities in accordance with customer specifications, internal standards, and applicable international codes. The role contributes to delivering high-quality, cost-effective designs while supporting project execution and continuous technical development.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical calculations and develop transformer designs based on customer specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards under the guidance of senior engineers.Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical datasheets, and design documentation to support engineering and project execution activities.Collaborate with Mechanical Design Engineers to ensure proper integration and alignment between electrical and mechanical design requirements.Support Tendering and Sales Engineering teams by providing technical input, design clarifications, and preliminary design concepts.Participate in design reviews and implement feedback to enhance design quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.Assist in resolving design-related issues during manufacturing, testing, and customer review stages.Maintain accurate records of design inputs, revisions, calculations, and final approved documentation.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, work instructions, and applicable international standards throughout all design activities.Support transformer testing activities and assist in analyzing test results to verify design performance and compliance.Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, mentorship, and hands-on engineering experience.Job Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power and Machines or any related field.Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience.Language proficiency: Good command of English.Computer/Technical Skills: AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office.
