Emiratization & Workforce Development Manager (Emiratization)

We are supporting a leading multinational organisation in the financial services and payments industry, with a strong global presence and a reputation for excellence.Our client offers a professional, supportive and multicultural working environment, with opportunities for learning, career development and growth.They are currently looking for an Emiratization & Workforce Development Manager to join their HR team in Dubai.The role will focus on Emiratization initiatives, local talent development, learning and development, employee engagement and wider workforce development programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Emiratization and local talent development initiatives.Develop and coordinate learning, training and career development plans.Support employee engagement, wellbeing and performance management activities.Coordinate with NAFIS, EIF and other relevant development programmes.Support graduate programmes, internships and employer branding initiatives.Maintain HR reports, workforce development records and regulatory requirements.What We Are Looking For:Experience in HR, Emiratization, Learning & Development or Talent Development.Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience, although candidates with 1–2 years will also be considered.Good knowledge of Emiratization initiatives and workforce development requirements.Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated industries would be an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent.This is a great opportunity to join a well-established international organization, work with a diverse team and contribute to local talent development.If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply or reach out to me directly.#Hiring #Emiratization #DubaiJobs #HRJobs #LearningAndDevelopment #TalentDevelopment #WorkforceDevelopment
